InsightProofing is one product in VerticalServe’s Insight broker suite. It stands on its own — upload four documents and it checks them — but it is designed to sit between the products that place a policy and the ones that use it afterwards.

Each connection, and what happens without it

ProductWith itWithout it
InsightPlacementThe quote, binder and expiring come from the placement record, where the two are connected. The account manager uploads them.
InsightXtractCarrier PDFs read through Xtract’s extraction contract, with page and confidence per field.A stand-in reader reads text layers and text, page by page.
InsightPulse 360The client’s company profile and signals one lookup away. The check runs the same; the profile is simply not shown.
InsightAdvocateA checked, delivered policy is the record a claims advocate argues from.—
InsightRollupAfter an agency acquisition, the acquired book’s renewals can be put through the same checks and controls.—

What the suite shares

  • One identity and one sign-in across products, with roles per product.
  • One agent framework: the same pipeline, registry, autonomy dial, run trace and activity pages.
  • One decision record and one Rules Studio service.
  • One diligence core: workspaces, documents, playbooks, cited findings and reports — InsightProofing’s policy_checking pack is one of its packs.
  • One broker domain: roster, clients and carriers.

For the account team

Fewer uploads and re-keys when the binder comes from placement.

For broker IT

Signed lookups between products; shared packages rather than copied code; each product its own schema.

For practice leadership

Start with one product; add the next without a second integration project.
