Each use case is one illustrative policy in the demo book, step by step: what the documents say, what the engines found, what the agents prepared, what a person decided, and what reached the client. The brokerage, carriers, insureds and figures are invented.

A flood sublimit halved at renewal

The expiring had $10M of flood; the renewal quote, binder and policy all have $5M. Not a proofing failure — a renewal change the client must hear about in plain words, alongside a wind deductible and valuation the binder never agreed.
