- Every policy checked against what was agreed · part of the Insight broker suite
Home for each role, the policy-checks queue, the Check Workspace and its seven zones, the coverage taxonomy, the Rules Studio and the agents’ pages. Everything below is the running product on invented data.
Home is built per role — account executive, account manager, practice leader. It opens on what is waiting on you, what the agents did, signals such as an overdue carrier correction, and insights ranked by what each is worth.

One ranked list across the book: stage, effective date, checks matched, renewal changes (with how many narrow cover), total cost, and what is waiting — fails, reviews, requests with the carrier, decisions prepared.

Prepared decisions on top — each with the agent, its level, whether the engines or the model wrote it, the facts behind it and Accept, Reject or Ask. Below, every finding by severity with its citations and Approve for the client summary.

Expiring policy, quote, binder, issued policy and endorsements, each with pages, fields read and labels left unmapped. Upload a PDF or text; InsightXtract reads it where configured.

One row per canonical field, every document’s value and the carrier’s own label under it. A value read by a close match says so.

The policy as endorsed against the binder, the binder against the quote, plus the derived checks. Raise with carrier, accept or waive with a reason.

Every change at quote, binder and policy, read as broader, narrower, costs more or costs less, with its severity. For a tower, the layers side by side.

Each request with its number, severity, due date, the request text, and Follow up, Acknowledged, Corrected or Waive. A corrective endorsement re-proofs the policy.

Not ready while anything is unresolved, and it says what. Once settled, the delivery writer drafts the client paragraph and what changed; the AE signs and delivers.

A practice leader keeps the coverage taxonomy, the proofing controls and the agents’ dial in view.
